SAARCLAW signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IDLO (International Development Law Organization) on November 8, 2011 in Kathmandu, Nepal

The MoU was signed by the Secretary General of SAARCLAW, Mr. Hemant K. Batra, in the presence of Hon Chief Justice Sonam Tobgye of Bhutan, President of SAARCLAW and key members of the SAARCLAW Executive Council, including SAARCLAW Vice President Hon. Justice Kalayan Shrestha of the Nepal Supreme Court; SAARCLAW Vice President Hon. Justice Umesh C. Banerjee (retd) of India; Justice Tshering Wangchuk, Vice President, SAARCLAW, Bhutan Chapter; Ms. Pelden Wangmo (SAARCLAW EXCO Member, Bhutan)
